The training sessions are designed to give athletes the strength, endurance, and tools necessary to compete at the highest level. Elmwood Sharks are divided into groups depending on the swimmer’s individual commitment level and current level of development. Different training groups may practice in the pool with each other. The division of groups are designed to help the athlete of all abilities and commitment levels to progress.
