Kids loves Kidsports so you get a leisurely, guilt-free workout and your kids get to have fun as well. For a nominal fee, you can include your children on your membership and get two free hours of childcare a day. Parents whose children are not members may use our childcare services for $5.00 an hour, with a two-hour limit per day. Reservations must be made up to 24 hours in advance. Childcare at Kidsports is for children ages six weeks to five years. Parents, please note: You may not leave Ochsner Fitness Center while your child is in childcare.
